Does anyone know who placed this sign on Painted Cave Road and who lowers it during Red Flag Alerts? Ten Adams and I are working with the Forest Service on a number of strategic issues, and one of them is to consider more signage. The Forest Service representatives told us in our meeting yesterday that they do not know who manages the sign. Anyone know? Thanks!
