It was a stellar day today for the fuel mitigation crew.
The Chipping arm, consisting of myself, Jenny, Rex, Lane, Fraser, Luca, Torben, Lauren and Allan (?,,not sure of the spelling, sorry) chipped the equivalent of the average California home, plus a third, 16,940 cubic feet, wheeeeeee. So when you look at an average house from ground to ceiling, that's what they did!
Meanwhile, Micheal Miller, along with Mike Cruz, Allan (again, double duty), and our newest resident Vlad, worked on weed whipping the turnouts on Painted Cave Road.
If you feel like you missed out, don't worry, we have lots of work still to do along PCR.
Hopefully, Jenny will post some pics, and maybe Michael too.
THANK YOU everyone who helped today, without YOUR help, it would not have been done.
Also, a GREAT big shout out to the WRA for allowing us to use their chipper, without it, we would be neck deep in brush cuttings!
