Found a disturbing display of spent fireworks at the Basement pullout this morning. Collected them and disposed of them to prevent others from getting any ideas to do the same. This is a great reminder to stay diligent in your observations along PC and ECC roads for illegal and irresponsible activities. Report anything suspicious to 911.
