I reported the outage. We are reportedly some of over 500 that are without power, and presumably without a landline. Frontier has been contacted, although through back channels. Will make a formal report now. The friendly woman at Edison stated that the estimated restoration is around 2:30 am. My guess it will be much later - they will send crews out to inspect the lines - and until they find the breach, they won't re-energize.

The winds are slated to keep up for the next few days, but with the high humidities, should not pose a huge threat to us. Bring on the tree rain!
