Hi All! I want to start a conversation that's on everyone's mind right now... Fire insurance. I know a lot of us have been cancelled or not renewed recently. Some have found other insurers, some have ended up with CA FAIR Plan, which doesn't seem to be terribly fair. Some have been able negotiated their FAIR Plan contract down to lower prices. Our home was just dropped last month after 30+ years with Allstate, so we are well aware of the issue facing all of us.
